Physiotherapist Rosa Capone on the Impact of IamHero

My name is Rosa Capone, and I am a physiotherapist at Villa delle Ginestre, where I also serve as the coordinator of the physiotherapy sector. I specialize in developmental age, specifically working with children who have motor disorders. I work with them from birth up to around the age of 20 and sometimes beyond.

Before I started using IamHero, our approach to therapy was traditional. Children would come in, and we’d engage them in therapy through games and exercises aimed at developing their motor skills. Our goal was to address their neurological disorders and help them achieve significant improvements over the course of their treatment.

The introduction of IamHero has been transformative for both our teamwork and our patients. In today’s multimedia society, children are accustomed to technology from a very young age. This familiarity has made them more motivated during physiotherapy sessions. The interactive nature of IamHero, with its concepts of space and movement, has significantly enhanced our treatment approaches and has yielded positive feedback from both patients and their families.

I would absolutely recommend IamHero to other therapists. I believe it is a valuable tool that not only aids in therapy but also serves as a bridge between traditional methods and modern technological advancements. It has been a positive addition to our practice.
